We set out to develop with each organized event, which is why we ensure the implementation of the quality policy, as the main derivative of the strategic objective of ROMEXPO S.A. on increasing the competitiveness of the services offered to customers. Thus, in order to achieve the strategic objective, we want to improve the quality of the services of:

  • organizing fairs, exhibitions and events;
  • rental of pavilions, outdoor spaces and conference rooms;
  • design, construction and arrangement of exhibition stands.

The fundamental principles to support the implementation of this policy, assumed by the management of our company and promoted among the employees, are:

  • Clients are positioned at the center of our concerns in order to offer solutions tailored to their needs and desires;
  • management adheres to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism;
  • the management recognizes, appreciates and implements any proposal received from the employees with a role in improving the activity and reaching the set objectives;
  • the quality of services and products is determined by the organization and optimization of the company's internal processes;
  • The professional development of each employee leads to the development of the company and the success of the business.

In order to implement this policy, we set annual objectives for all the functions, levels and processes relevant to the quality management system.

As General Manager of ROMEXPO S.A. I undertake, through the organizational structure and the processes carried out, to:

  • meet the requirements of the standard SR EN ISO 9001:2015 as well as of all stakeholders;
  • continuously improve the quality management system;
  • I allocate all the material, financial, human and informational resources for the implementation of the present quality policy and the achievement of the quality objectives;
  • I communicate this policy to all interested parties.
