Thus, in order to fulfill the strategic objective, we strive to improve the quality of services by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>organizing fairs, exhibitions and events;<\/li>\n<li>rental of pavilions, outdoor spaces and conference rooms;<\/li>\n<li>design, construction and arrangement of exhibition stands.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The fundamental principles in support of the implementation of this policy, assumed by the management of our company and promoted among employees, are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>customers are at the center of our concerns in order to provide solutions tailored to their needs and desires;<\/li>\n<li>Management adheres to the highest ethical and professional standards;<\/li>\n<li>the management recognizes, appreciates and implements any proposal coming from the employees with a role in improving the activity and achieving the set objectives;<\/li>\n<li>the quality of services and products is determined by the organization and optimization of the company's internal processes;<\/li>\n<li>professional development of each employee leads to the development of the company and the success of the business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In order to implement this policy we set annual objectives for all relevant functions, levels and processes required for the quality management system.<\/p>\n<p>As the Executive Director of ROMEXPO S.A.
