11 MARCH 2026, AUREL GHIBUTIU HALL, CCIR BUSINESS CENTER
BURNOUT: a necessary conversation about boundaries, leadership and accountability
As we find ourselves in a socio-economic context in which more and more companies are operating under the pressure of sustained performance and decisions, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania (CCIR) invites you to participate in a round table that addresses the burnout phenomenon, an aspect that today can no longer be understood exclusively as a problem of individual management of limits, but as a result of the intersection between work performance, control limits and the need to be aware of the importance of recovery.
Debate on “Companies under pressure. How far can performance go? Burnout: a necessary conversation about limits, leadership and responsibility” will take place on March 11, 2026, starting at 10:00 am, at Aurel Ghibuțiu Hall, CCIR Business Center and will be facilitated by Ms. Iulia Mihaela Filip, clinical psychologist and psychotherapist trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy, with over 20 years of professional experience in the field of applied psychology. Ms. Filip has coordinated teams and implemented complex projects in national security institutions, with a comprehensive training in clinical psychology, counseling and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy.
The event is expected to be attended by: entrepreneurs, CEOs and/or HR managers from corporations, HR specialists, NGO representatives.
Taking into account the inclusion of burnout in 2019 by the World Health Organization in the International Classification of Diseases as an occupational phenomenon, as well as the fact that some European countries have already introduced legislative regulations in this regard, we propose the creation of a space for mature and professional dialogue between entrepreneurs, employers and specialists interested in the sustainability of performance in companies.
Registration can be done by filling in the online entry form or by e-mail to cristina.ionescu@ccir.ro or luiza.chiriac@ccir.ro until March 09, 2026.
