We aim to grow with each organized event, that is why we ensure the implementation of the quality policy, as the main derivative of the strategic objective of ROMEXPO S.A. on increasing the competitiveness of the services offered to customers. Thus, in order to fulfill the strategic objective, we strive to improve the quality of services by:
- organizing fairs, exhibitions and events;
- rental of pavilions, outdoor spaces and conference rooms;
- design, construction and arrangement of exhibition stands.
The fundamental principles in support of the implementation of this policy, assumed by the management of our company and promoted among employees, are:
- customers are at the center of our concerns in order to provide solutions tailored to their needs and desires;
- Management adheres to the highest ethical and professional standards;
- the management recognizes, appreciates and implements any proposal coming from the employees with a role in improving the activity and achieving the set objectives;
- the quality of services and products is determined by the organization and optimization of the company's internal processes;

In order to implement this policy we set annual objectives for all relevant functions, levels and processes required for the quality management system.
As the Executive Director of ROMEXPO S.A. I commit myself, through the organizational structure and the processes, to:
- meet the requirements of SR EN ISO 9001:2015 and all stakeholders;
- continuously improve the quality management system;
- allocate all material, financial, human and information resources for the implementation of this quality policy and the achievement of quality objectives;
- communicate this policy to all interested parties.
